Convert objects fast
Polygon reduction. Pick the reduction percentage and see the preview side by side, with the triangle count before and after. Straight-edged parts are preserved where reducing them would distort the shape.
Convert a whole folder in seconds. Point it at a folder of .skp files and the Optimizer converts them all at once, on the same settings, producing one .gsm per file.
Save to several Archicad versions. Choose which Archicad version to build the object for. The .gsm comes out native to the version your firm uses, with no conversion afterwards.
Set the scale before you insert. Check the object’s dimensions in the preview and fix the scale when the .skp came in another unit. The object lands in the project at the right size.
A clean plan, with your own pens and fills. Instead of projecting the whole 3D mesh, the object gets a simplified 2D plan, drawn with the pens and fills you choose, like a native object.
Choose the insertion point. Set where the object’s insertion point sits, such as the base or the center of the bounding box, so it lands in the right place when you place it.
Choose the rotation. Rotate the model before converting, so the object comes in facing the way your project needs.
Delete parts of the model. Select in the preview the parts you do not want in Archicad, such as bases, people and scenery, and remove them before converting.
Split objects before importing. A .skp holding several items can become several independent objects, each with its own .gsm, ready for the library.
Keep the textures without bloating the file. The original model’s textures come along, with the resolution kept in check so the object stays faithful without inflating the project file.

Frequently asked questions
The Optimizer has been tested on Archicad 26, 27, 28 and 29 (the latest so far). To save the object to an earlier version, that version has to be installed on your computer. Only objects Archicad can open are read.
No. The Optimizer reads the .skp file directly. All you need is a Windows computer with Archicad installed to use the object it produces. The Mac version is in testing.
They come along. The Optimizer keeps the original model’s textures and controls the resolution so they do not inflate the project file.
Hotmart releases the download straight away, with the installer and the instructions. Access stays in your Hotmart account so you can download it again whenever you need.
After paying, you download the installer from the Hotmart members area and register the first time you open it (name, the email you bought with, and your tax ID). Migra checks the purchase and sends the key by email within one business day. Until it arrives, the app runs in full for 5 days.
Yes. It is stored in the license and appears as the author of the objects you create. Check it before you submit, because only Migra can change it afterwards, on proof.
For registration and activation, yes. In everyday use the app checks the license against Migra’s site; with no connection it carries on saving objects for up to 3 days.
The license is perpetual for this edition of the app, with fixes included. There is no guarantee of compatibility with future Archicad versions, nor of a free upgrade to a new edition.
Not at the same time. The license is individual, tied to one person or company, and active on one computer at a time: you can install it on more than one and switch between them, but not use both at once. For a whole firm, each person needs their own license; talk to Migra about terms for teams.
No. The license is permanent, with a single payment. There is no subscription and no renewal.
