OUR STORY

We learned implementation by doing it

Before we taught Archicad, we had to work out how to make it function inside a firm.

We lived the change up close: the first projects, the team adapting, the standards being written, the processes that had to be rethought, and all the decisions that never show up in a software tutorial.

Then we started guiding other firms. Small and large, with different kinds of project and different ways of working. Every implementation taught us something.

We turned what we learned into an increasingly structured process, one that looks at the reality of each firm and finds where technology can genuinely improve the work, instead of simply teaching a new tool.

Migra grew out of that experience.

Today that adds up to more than 200 implementations in Brazil and Portugal. More than teaching Archicad, our work is helping firms build a better way of working with it.
