Frequently asked questions
Can the free objects be used on client projects?
They can, including commercial projects. What is not allowed is reselling or redistributing the files, inside or outside another library.
Which Archicad versions do they work with?
From Archicad 26 onwards. Because the objects are native .gsm files, they also work in later versions; opening them in a newer one makes Archicad convert the library automatically.
How does buying the paid objects work?
The "Buy" button takes you to the object’s page on Hotmart, which handles payment and releases the download straight away, with the .gsm file and the installation instructions. The invoice and the 7-day guarantee come from Hotmart.
How do I order a made-to-order object?
You send whatever you have: a photo, a drawing, a supplier catalogue, or just a description. From there we assess what is possible, the timeline and the cost, and you decide.
Is the made-to-order object ours to keep?
It is. It is built for your firm and you use it on whatever projects you like, with no time limit and no limit on the number of projects.
Do you make objects for people who are not implementation clients?
We do. It is a standalone service, and a good share of the requests come from firms already using Archicad on their own.
